When making a booking with us, please include your email address so our onsite manger can contact you with the location of your apartment & email you access instructions if you intend to arrive outside the hours of 9.00am-1.00pm. For example

When you arrive, please go to Apartment No... , lift the black protective cover of the key deposit box, punch in the code _ _ _ _ (four digits), pull down the black button and the lid will open to release your apartment keys.
