Checkout information
Guests are reminded that check out time is strictly 10:00am. Guests are welcome to stay past 10:00am for a small fee of NZ $100 per apartment.
Guests wishing to stay past 12:00 midday to a maximum of 5:00pm can do so for a Day Use fee of half the full regular price. In the case of a 2 Bedroom apartment the fee would be NZ $200, in the case of a 3 Bedroom apartment the fee would be NZ $250.
Please contact the onsite Manager if you would like to take advantage of a Late Check Out or Day Use option.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to guests who book directly with us on our website, by phone, by email or by fax:
REMEMBER: Guests booking on our site are asked for a minimum two (2) night deposit.
- Guests who cancel their stay outside of 28 days of their arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Guests who cancel their stay between 14 days & 28 days of their arrival date will incur a NZ $100 administration fee.
- Guests who cancel their stay between 72 hours & 14 days of their arrival date will forfeit one (1) night's accommodation.
- Guests who cancel their stay inside 72 hours of their arrival date will forfeit their full deposit representing two (2) night's accommodation.
