Although the apartments are specifically designed for those guests preferring a "self-catering" experience with minimal disruption, our friendly staff are available in the office between 9am - 1pm daily to answer any queries you may have about the apartments or the many attractions and activities the Wakatipu has to offer. We also provide an after-hours phone number to call when the office is unattended.
